Public Colleges sweeten pot

Trying to lure more students, public universities around the country are rapidly developing honors colleges that advertise the qualities of a liberal arts college within the walls of the universities. Many college students find honors colleges in major universities to be more suiting than entering a costly private university. For universities, such honors programs aren't cheap, though their costs aren't always apparent.
